Wang Hsun Telecom is honored to be invited to the MBA School of Business at National Chengchi University  to exchange ideas face-to-face with future business elites.
We guided students in exploring the practical applications of AI technology, particularly the implementation experiences of AI intelligent customer service and AI CRM platforms.

The event began with founder Shepherd sharing the story of the establishment of Wang Hsun Telecom,
from challenges to growth, offering everyone a glimpse into the thinking and innovative spirit behind the company.

Next, the sales department, operations department, customer success service department, and data department each shared career experiences and practical observations, including alumni from National Chengchi University, revealing industry trends and daily work scenarios from a frontline perspective, allowing students to have a more concrete imagination of different functional roles.

During the environmental tour, department heads introduced departmental operations and demonstrated the Dashboard used by the company, explaining how the team uses data to grasp operational conditions. We were also very pleased to see students asking questions along the way and actively exchanging ideas about practical scenarios and applications, as well as to provide on-site answers and share experiences.
